Can't reach JetKVM
JetKVM's address only opens from a device on the same network. If the page doesn't load, the computer you're browsing from usually can't see JetKVM.
Check the address
Type the IP address exactly as it shows on JetKVM's display. If the display shows no address, JetKVM isn't on the network yet.
Join the same network
Connect your computer to the network JetKVM is on. A second Wi-Fi name, a guest network or mobile data is a different network, even in the same house.
Check guest networks and VLANs
Many routers stop devices on a guest network from reaching each other. If JetKVM and your computer are on separate VLANs, allow traffic between them in your router or firewall, or put both on the same one.
Find it in your router
Look for JetKVM in your router's list of connected devices. If it isn't there, it hasn't joined. On JetKVM Mini W, run Wi-Fi setup again.
