What's the difference between JetKVM and JetKVM Mini?
Both give you the screen, keyboard and mouse of a computer in your browser. Each device page lists what that model has.

Is there a PoE version?
Yes. The JetKVM PoE is powered by its Ethernet cable.

Yes. JetKVM is made to be used on your local network, and remote access through JetKVM Cloud is opt-in. Open the IP address shown on the display in your browser.
To reach it from elsewhere without the cloud, use your own VPN, such as Tailscale.

Yes. The cloud is open source.

JetKVM Mini has Tailscale built in, under Settings > Tailscale. JetKVM doesn't come with it, but Tailscale supports JetKVM out of the box: one script installs it.
Set up TailscaleDoes it work with my computer, OS or server?
Almost certainly. JetKVM doesn't talk to the operating system: it reads the HDMI output and acts as a USB keyboard and mouse. Anything with HDMI out and USB works, from the BIOS onwards, with no drivers or software to install.
Does it work with KVM switches?
KVM switches haven't been tested yet, but there's no known reason they wouldn't work.
Does the interface work on mobile?
Yes. The interface works in mobile browsers, and the built-in virtual keyboard lets you type on the computer from your phone.
Is the interface available in other languages?
Yes. Change it in Settings > General > Interface Language. It comes in English, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Danish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish and Welsh.
Can JetKVM control power to the computer?
Yes, in a few ways:
Wake on LANWakes a computer on the same network. It has to be turned on in the BIOS.
ATX Power ControlPresses a PC's power and reset buttons.
DC Power ControlSwitches the power of mini PCs and other DC-powered devices.The extensions work with JetKVM. Support for JetKVM Mini is coming in a later release.
